01 | Discovery and Project Review

We begin by learning how you live, what you love and what you want your home to become. We explore your priorities, personal style, project scope, and function.

02 | Design Concepts

We develop the overall creative direction through preliminary layouts, mood boards and inspiration. We review the concept with you and refine the details before moving into the next phase..

03 | Design Specifications

Once the concept is approved, we develop the design in detail. This may include floor plans, millwork, elevations, lighting plans, finish selections and specifications. These communicate the design intent for the contractor, trades and vendors.

04 | Design Coordination

We collaborate with your project team throughout implementation, answering design-related questions and helping maintain consistency as the work progresses. For furnishings and decor included in your scope, we coordinate ordering and delivery.

05 | Installation and Final Styling

As construction nears completion, we bring together the final layers of the home. Furnishings, lighting, window treatments, artwork and accessories are installed and add the finishing details.
