Our Process

We begin with a detailed questionnaire and virtual consultation to learn about your space, lifestyle, design preferences, goals and budget. This helps us understand how you want the room to function and feel before developing the design direction.

You provide photographs, room measurements and any relevant plans using our step-by-step guide. We also review the items you would like to keep, your inspiration images and any important project requirements.

02 | Client Measurements and Project Information

We create a personalized design direction through mood boards, colour palettes, preliminary layouts and carefully considered materials. Together, we review the concept and refine the overall look and feel before moving into the detailed design.

03 | Design Concept

Once the concept is approved, we develop your complete design package. Depending on the scope, this may include a floor plan, furniture layout, elevations, renderings, finish recommendations and a curated shopping list with product links.

04 | Detailed Virtual Design Package

We present the completed design virtually and walk you through the plan, selections and recommended next steps. You then have the guidance needed to purchase products, coordinate trades and implement the design confidently at your own pace.
