Escarpment Ridge Residence

This bungalow underwent a complete main-floor gut renovation. The clients goal was to create a more functional, cohesive home that better supported the clients’ daily routines while feeling fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The existing layout did not make efficient use of the available space and lacked the flow, storage, and functionality the clients needed. Studio 7 reworked the main-floor layout to improve circulation and maximize usability in each room. New materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories were carefully selected to create a warm, cohesive interior tailored to the clients’ lifestyle.
