The Alder Wash

A full renovation of the primary bathroom and laundry room, along with a refresh of the guest bathroom. The clients goals were to improve storage and functionality while creating comfortable, timeless spaces that would continue to meet the clients’ needs as they age. Unnecessary bulkheads limited storage in the laundry room, while the existing layouts did not provide enough counter space, organization, or accessibility. We removed the bulkheads and redesigned the laundry room to include generous counter space, a dedicated hanging area, and expanded closet storage. In the primary bathroom, a double-sink vanity and curbless shower were introduced to support aging in place without compromising style. The guest bathroom was refreshed with updated finishes for a cohesive look.
